Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You keep your tier until then.
What happens if I downgrade?
Your existing pages, lists, and items stay where they are. If you exceed the lower tier's limits you can still view and edit them — you just can't create new ones until you're under the cap or re-subscribe.
Do you offer refunds?
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable, except where required by law. For billing errors, email support.
Are taxes included?
Prices shown are pre-tax. VAT, GST, or sales tax (where applicable) is added at checkout based on your location. Paddle is our merchant of record and handles tax compliance globally.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal — and additional local methods where Paddle supports them. The available options adapt to your country at checkout.
I'm a creator — can I get a free plan?
If you promote to an audience on Instagram, X, or Facebook, you can apply for a complimentary Pro or Brand plan through our creator program.
